  Final pricing depends on session length and service selected, and will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your booking. 

• No. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. 

Once your membership is active, you can book your sessions the same way as usual through our scheduling system.

For Signature Members:

• Your first monthly complimentary session must be booked under the “Signature Members Only” category
• After that, you may book from any regular service category as usual

• You may pause/cancel anytime. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no future charges will occur. Please contact us by phone, text, or email to process your cancellation. 

• No hidden fees. Any additional charges (such as upgrades or extended time) will be clearly shown before checkout. 

• Yes, Signature membership includes rollover for unused complimentary session to the following month. Essential membership does not include rollover. 

• Essential provides flexible access to member pricing and standard scheduling, while Signature includes a complimentary monthly session, exclusive pricing, priority booking, and other enhanced member benefits.

• Immediately. Once your membership is active, you can book right away. 

• Yes. You may upgrade or change your membership at any time. Please contact us for assistance. 

• No. Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
  However, friends or family referred by a member may receive preferred rates.

• Your membership is billed monthly on the same date you sign up. For example, if you join on the 10th, your billing will recur on the 10th each month. 

• Yes. Members earn 1 point for each month of active membership. Each point can be redeemed for 10 minutes of service time.
