What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will briefly discuss your goals and any areas of concern. You'll then be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie under the provided linens. The session will begin once you're ready, and your therapist will ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout.

We provide professional, ethical, non-sexual therapeutic massage therapy services ONLY. Inappropriate behavior WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

May I choose my massage therapist?

Yes, you may request a specific therapist or therapist gender when booking (subject to availability), and a $100 special request fee will be applied at check-in; therapist assignments may change without prior notice.

Is there any surcharge when using a Spafinder Gift Card?

Are walk-ins accepted or is it by appointment only?

We operate by appointment ONLY to ensure each client receives the full attention and care they deserve. Walk-ins are NOT accepted. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment, or 15 minutes early if you need to complete your intake form. Late arrivals may only receive the remaining time, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your full service.

Are there any ongoing promotions or discounts?

We regularly offer promotions and discounts. Please visit our website or follow us on FaceBook @MassageFE to stay updated.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept HSA, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, And International bank (debit/credit) cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Refund Policy

For clients opting to make payments via card, please be advised that a 20% refund fee will be applied if you choose to cancel our services. Additionally, should you decide to discontinue the service after commencing a session on the massage table, $50 will also be incurred.

Late Arrival, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you are 10 minutes late, a 50% service fee will apply for rescheduling.
Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and a 100% service fee.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge if you notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.
If you reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled session start time, a fee of 50% of the total service fee will apply.
If you fail to call or show up for your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
