• We provide professional, ethical, non-sexual therapeutic massage therapy services ONLY. Inappropriate behavior WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

•  Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, subject to availability. 

• You receive our undivided attention during your massage. Prefer no music? Want the entire hour focused on your back? Need to adjust the room temperature? No problem. No distractions, no interruptions—just you and your relaxation. 

• We suggest you arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes before your massage therapy appointment. Late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. However, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service. 

• We love children; however, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless supervised by an adult. Also, guests under 18 must-have parental consent to receive massage therapy service. 

• We regularly offer promotions and discounts. Please visit our website or follow us on social media to stay updated. 

• We accept HSA, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, And International bank (debit/credit) cards. We do not accept personal checks.

• Massage Therapy Gift cards are the same as cash, for Gift cards are transferable but not refundable. 

• You should undress to your comfort level. For a full-body massage, many choose to be completely undressed, but it's perfectly fine to leave your underwear on if that makes you more comfortable.

•  "Something is better than nothing" means that even infrequent massage sessions can be beneficial. For occasional relaxation, a session every 3-6 weeks may suffice. If addressing a specific condition, more frequent sessions initially, tapering down to a maintenance schedule, are recommended. Discuss the ideal frequency with your therapist after treatment for personalized advice. 

• You may cancel any appointment that you have scheduled if you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without charge. Within the 24-hour time frame, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.  

• For clients opting to make payments via card, please be advised that a 5% refund fee will be applied if you choose to cancel our services. Additionally, should you decide to discontinue the service after commencing a session on the massage table, $20 will also be incurred. 

• If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Are there any limitations?

Yes, the special is subject to team availability and limited to a certain number per week. It cannot be combined with other offers and is available only once per client each week.
