Yes, you can choose your massage therapist when you schedule online. However, We reserve the right to provide the massage therapist available at the client's appointment without prior notice.
The pressure applied will vary depending on the massage you are receiving. For example, deep tissue massage is more intense than a hot stone massage. If you are uncomfortable or the pressure is too deep/firm during treatment, speak up.
Experiencing sore or tight muscles for hours or days is normal after a massage, especially if it has been a while since your last massage or you’ve never had one before.
Massage is like a workout: It forces blood into your muscles, bringing nutrients and removing toxins. This process can temporarily increase inflammation (the healing response) to areas that the body feels need attention. This inflammation can bring discomfort.
Usually, any post-massage soreness will subside within a few days or so. In the meantime, there are some ways to relieve soreness. For example: Drink plenty of water after a massage. Or take a hot water shower to target the soreness area. Or going to a sauna/hot tub will significantly alleviate soreness.
We strongly encourage our guests to utilize an online scheduling system; it is convenient to use. But we also know that things could go wrong; we get it. We are here to help; please be ready for your bank card information handy when you make an appointment via phone call. Or you are more than welcome to walk in without prepayment if you prefer.
One hour is 1 hour; we don't start counting your time until we massage you. In our massage spa, treatments time lasts precisely as long as indicated.
You will get our full attention during massage therapy sessions in our massage spa. Need no music? OK! Want us to spend the entire hour on your back? Sure. Adjust table/room temperature? Not a problem. You get our full attention. No phone calls. No text messages. Only YOU.
We suggest you arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes before your massage therapy appointment to fill out paperwork. Late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. However, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service.
We love children; however, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless supervised by an adult. Also, guests under 18 must-have parental consent to receive massage therapy service.

Not necessarily. It would be best to undress to the level you are comfortable with. For a full-body massage, most get completely undressed. However, if you will be more comfortable leaving your underwear on during the session, that's fine.
“Something is better than nothing.” What does that mean? Well, it varies from person to person. If you are looking for some occasional relaxation, then a session every 3-6 weeks may be fine for you. However, if you are looking to address a specific condition, going more frequently and slowly taper down to a maintenance schedule is recommended. Sometimes more frequent 60-minute sessions can be practical until your goals are met, and a maintenance schedule is in place. After your treatment, the frequency of sessions should be discussed with a massage therapist who has a better hands-on understanding of your particular muscular issues.
You may cancel any appointment that you have scheduled if you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without charge.
