May I choose my massage therapist?

Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, subject to availability. Please note that if there are any changes in therapist assignment for your session, we will not provide prior notice.

Will I get full attention during the massage session?

You receive our undivided attention during your massage. Prefer no music? Want the entire hour focused on your back? Need to adjust the room temperature? No problem. No distractions, no interruptions—just you and your relaxation.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment, or 15 minutes early if you need to complete your intake form. Late arrivals may only receive the remaining time, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your full service.

Do you have any age requirement for massage services?

We love children; however, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless supervised by an adult. Also, guests under 18 must-have parental consent to receive massage therapy service.

Are there any ongoing promotions or discounts?

We regularly offer promotions and discounts. Please visit our website or follow us on social media to stay updated.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept HSA, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, And International bank (debit/credit) cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Is the gift card refundable?

Massage Therapy Gift cards are the same as cash, for Gift cards are transferable but not refundable.

Do I have to be completely undressed?

You should undress to your comfort level. For a full-body massage, many choose to be completely undressed, but it's perfectly fine to leave your underwear on if that makes you more comfortable.

How often should I get a massage?

"Something is better than nothing" means that even infrequent massage sessions can be beneficial. For occasional relaxation, a session every 3-6 weeks may suffice. If addressing a specific condition, more frequent sessions initially, tapering down to a maintenance schedule, are recommended. Discuss the ideal frequency with your therapist after treatment for personalized advice.

Late Arrival, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you are 10 minutes late, a 50% service fee will apply for rescheduling.
Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and a 100% service fee.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session start time, a fee of 50% of the total service fee will apply.
If you fail to call or show up for your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Refund Policy

For clients opting to make payments via card, please be advised that a 5% refund fee will be applied if you choose to cancel our services. Additionally, should you decide to discontinue the service after commencing a session on the massage table, $20 will also be incurred.
